Kids Golf Foundation

Programs

Starting a junior golf program is easy when youth organizations partner with the Foundation. Participants will leave each clinic knowing the proper grip, turn, and work ethic to practice swing basics, as well as life skills in sportsmanship, etiquette, leadership, and more!

The Kids Golf Foundation staff will guide Site Coordinators through a step-by-step program planning and implementation process. Along with program manuals, staff is available to answer questions via phone, email, and during one-on-one meetings. Program consultation provided by staff is customized to fit each organization.

To learn about the various programs offered, please click on the “SNAG Programs” and “Tee Level Clinics” links on the left side of the page.

The Kids Golf Foundation conducts free Training Sessions for Site Coordinators who are interested in running programs.

Benefits of attending a Training Session are:

  • Become familiar with the equipment
  • Discover opportunities for your organization
  • Meet the Foundation staff
  • Learn how to complete paperwork

“The training provided by the Kids Golf Foundation gave me as a non-golfer the tools I needed
to know how to use the equipment appropriately and understand the concepts taught with SNAG golf.”
~ Site Coordinator

The Kids Golf Foundation provides all Site Coordinators with a handbook to further assist with the organization and implementation of programs.

A special Site Coordinator Login Section is available on the Foundation’s website for confirmed sites. This section provides the paperwork, resources, and reminders necessary for Site Coordinators to plan and implement the program locally or to get involved in events. The Foundation encourages Site Coordinators to visit their Login Section often!

Foundation staff make every attempt to visit junior golf programs throughout the year. This customer service feature allows us to observe and interact with Site Coordinators and program participants, as well as ensure that sites have all of the materials needed to run a successful program.

There are many albums available for Site Coordinators to gain a better understanding of the programs, events, and resources offered by the Foundation.
