SUGAR GROVE, IL – In May, the Chicagoland area — along with fans and visitors from across the country — will experience the excitement of a national championship tournament up close and in person when Northern Illinois University (NIU) and Rich Harvest Farms host the 2017 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships! Now is the time to secure your tickets for this prestigious event.
The women’s championship will be held May 19-24, 2017, followed by the men’s finals May 26-31 at Rich Harvest Farms. The “Home of the Huskies”, located in Sugar Grove, IL, is consistently one of Golf Digest Magazine’s “America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses.”
For the first time since becoming a major college program in 1969, NIU is preparing to host their first NCAA Championship in any sport. The 2017 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships promises to be a tremendous two weeks of collegiate golf with activities for the entire family.

Daily grounds tickets start at $10, with the option to purchase a week-long or event-long grounds pass. Students under the age of 18 will receive free grounds admission to the event when attending with a paying adult.
The NCAA Experience, an upscale venue in the middle of all the action, will allow ticketholders the opportunity to upgrade their tournament experience. Those tickets, which include VIP parking, will provide guests complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages as well as two complimentary alcoholic beverages of their choice. Rich Harvest Farms and Northern Illinois University are also looking for volunteers for the event. It is free to volunteer and you will receive a volunteer uniform and grounds tickets to the tournament for your service.
Volunteer positions to be filled include Walking Scoring, Standard Bearers, Spotters, Shuttle Drivers, Hospitality, Media/Scoring.
