Kids Golf Foundation Announces Selections for Junior-Am in Conjunction with the Solheim Cup
Having received over 100 nominations, the Kids Golf Foundation has now selected the individuals who will participate in an exciting, all-female event called the 2009 PING Junior Solheim Cups Junior-Am.
Swing Analysis Training Session a Success
The Kids Golf Foundation held its first Swing Analysis Training Session Saturday, April 18, 2009 bringing sixteen excited youth participants to the Indoor Golf Arena at Harvest Lodge at Rich Harvest Farms.
Training Session Promotes Scholarship Opportunity
The Kids Golf Foundation held its first Caddie Training and Information Session Saturday, February 14, 2009 bringing roughly fifty-five participants to the Indoor Golf Arena at Harvest Lodge at Rich Harvest Farms. Site Coordinators and junior golfers with their parents or guardians gathered to learn about the many opportunities in caddying.
2009 Solheim Cup Standard Bearers to be Selected from Foundation
This past January, 22 kids ranging from age 12-18 came to Rich Harvest Farms to participate in the 2009 Solheim Cup Standard Bearer Interviews. Site Coordinators nominated program participants who they felt most exemplified their organization and the Kids Golf Foundation’s mission.
